Charity worked diligently for our family, finding multiple properties for us to view. We physically walked through 15+ properties to make sure we found a home that suited us. Any property that I couldn't see our family in, Charity didn't hesitate to show me the next property. She instructed me early on, if we ever step foot in a home that doesn't feel like you, there's no need to look at the house b/c you won't be happy in it. We finally landed on a new build that I could picture our family in for years to come, and after all of the looking and walk throughs it came at just the right time. I also appreciate how willing Charity had been to work with a VA loan, from previous experience, all realtors aren't fans of the stipulations that come with VA funds. However being a Veteran, VA loans are a tremendous help. All in all Charity was helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and got us the most thoughtful house warming gift... she's an exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond for her clients.

What can I say about Charity'? She was so professional. She walk me through the whole process. She held my hand. She answered my phone calls when I was calling her at all hours of the day, all hours of the night. Any question I had any concern I had she was there with me through the whole process. Charity was very instrumental with the buying of our second home, especially during the challenging time when the housing market had changed. We started out looking for land to build on. After finding some land, we found out it would take a couple years because of a wait list due to having to wait on lumber and brick shortages, so we decided to just look for a house already built. She worked diligently to find home after home after home. We continued to be outbid because we refused to over pay ridiculous prices for homes. Just as we started to say we will just wait She continued to search and found a diamond in the rough, so to say. We did not have to overbid and it came with land. She found it before interest rates skyrocketed, so was able to still stay under 3% as well. If you want a Realtor that will relentlessly put in the work on your behalf. Charity is the one you need. Charity was a very proffessional Realtor when it came to helping us sell our first home. We had never been on selling side of the table. She was very knowledgeable of the process which definitely helped it go smoother. She communicated well. She explained every step and kept us from being overwhelmed. She kept everything flowing from beginning to end without hiccups on our side. She marketed well. She did a market analysis and suggested a great price.
