I used Brenda a couple of years ago to find a as n investment home. I lived in California and was looking for a place in Arizona. I found her name on the Internet and was a little nervous about using somebody I didn’t know. I was pleasantly surprised when I first spoke to her at her knowledge about real estate. She immediately sent me some homes that were exactly as I had spoke to her about within my price range. We drove out to meet her and found our investment home in one day. She did all the groundwork before we arrived and had set up several appointments in advance. We signed the offer in one day and she worked very hard at negotiating for the right price and got us an amazing deal. They were both very efficient, very knowledgeable and I was surprised at how smoothly it went. He works hard and communicates well all along the way. He helped us get our home, which we loved, 8 years ago.
