Our family has hired Julianna to sell various properties and each one was unique in its own way. This particular property located in Sun City Summerlin was challenging because of the dire health of my father and they didn’t want the house shown, but we needed the house sold as we were moving them up north to be closer to family. We knew this was going to be challenge and knew to call no other than Julianna, immediately she was understanding of the situation and that made my parents at ease. Julianna (Jules) as I like to call her because she’s a treasure, was able to find us a buyer who agreed to all the terms of sale and they received TOP DOLLAR for their property in less than a week, even with all the “requirements”. Because we lived out-of-state, Jules was able to help my mom (92) pack some a keepsakes she wanted to take to her new home and helped her list for sale things that she would no longer need. This is how Jules keeps her clients keep coming back to buy or sell their properties because she earns her commission and never takes it for granted as I’ve experienced before with other agents before finding her. Her transactions are error-free and they close on-time. I own a farm in Kansas and am familiar with hard work. Brenda Wynn if she wasn't a top tier realtor would be my choice for a good farm hand. She found a buyer for our property that was the perfect fit for us and the buyer. Since I was an out-of-towner Brenda took it on herself to make sure the big and little aspects of sale were addressed. Even to the extent of cleaning the grout in the floor tile herself because no commercial cleaner could get to the job in time. No one better at the realtor profession, in my opinion than Brenda.
