For anyone looking for a real estate agent you can't do better than Brenda She kept up on market trends and was always willing to explain them in a way I could understand them and no matter what day or time of day she would make time to answer any questions or she would get back with me in minutes not hours.She made sure I had all the info needed to make sound decisions in selling my home at a price I wanted.Totally AWESOME agent and she assisted in helping me find my new home in New Mexico.I could not have been more satisfied.Thank you Brenda.

I own a farm in Kansas and am familiar with hard work. Brenda Wynn if she wasn't a top tier realtor would be my choice for a good farm hand. She found a buyer for our property that was the perfect fit for us and the buyer. Since I was an out-of-towner Brenda took it on herself to make sure the big and little aspects of sale were addressed. Even to the extent of cleaning the grout in the floor tile herself because no commercial cleaner could get to the job in time. No one better at the realtor profession, in my opinion than Brenda.

I used Brenda a couple of years ago to find a as n investment home. I lived in California and was looking for a place in Arizona. I found her name on the Internet and was a little nervous about using somebody I didn’t know. I was pleasantly surprised when I first spoke to her at her knowledge about real estate. She immediately sent me some homes that were exactly as I had spoke to her about within my price range. We drove out to meet her and found our investment home in one day. She did all the groundwork before we arrived and had set up several appointments in advance. We signed the offer in one day and she worked very hard at negotiating for the right price and got us an amazing deal. We closed early with absolutely no hassles. we use the title company she recommended as well as the lender. They were both very efficient, very knowledgeable and I was surprised at how smoothly it went. Recently we decided to sell that same home after two years and again she got us top dollar and we were able to close again with a wonderful profit earlier than expected. I am very confident based on my experience that whoever uses her as a real estate agent they will get a very professional, knowledgeable agent who responds immediately to any concerns or questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

My questions were answered promptly and courteously, and the assistance rendered in the completion of sale and documentation was knowledgeable. We absolutely can't say enough good things about Brenda Wynn. She is so knowledgeable, kind, patient and she really listens. You will always feel like she genuinely wants the best for you. She is kind to all family members and when negotiating she is incredibly strong and knowledgeable. She is a great agent to have on your side. If you're lucky she will remain a friend even after all is said and done. Almost 4 years after buying our home we had a second child and she really wanted to meet the new baby. Such a good person and genuine woman. We love her so much!
