Erika is the best!
As the title says, Erika is the best! Great communication through every step of the process, explained in detail all options available (with both pros and cons to each), contacts to get repairs done, was available within minutes to answer every question, and ethical. It would be very tough to find a better representing agent. Can't say it enough, Erika is the best!
