Iliana helped us with a move from out of state. I was nervous because we were not familiar with the area and we had a quick 21 day closing on our house in PA. Iliana showed us houses that met our preferences and helped us narrow down to a location that was best suited for us. She helped us find a house that we love in a great area. Elizabeth was WONDERFUL! She was not pushy about me just getting any property and helped me with my home search over a number of months! Once we found the perfect place she was ready to help us pull the trigger. She walked us through every little detail of the home buying experience and was really thorough about making sure we knew what everything meant and that if we had any questions after explaination, she’d continue to go deeper or reiterate in other words. She really helped us understand and LOVE the process with her transparency and urgency to get things done throughout!

Deana helped us sell our old home and find us a new home. She was great at helping stage the home, get professional pictures made and drive traffic to our old home. She really put a lot of effort in to ensure the right buyer would find our house quickly, to include open houses, and other tips to show our house as beautifully as possible. She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and really helped narrow down the homes that were within our price range and had features and location that we were looking for. We were busy with two little children and working, so it was very important that the houses we looked at were worth our time. During negotiations, she was great at getting us the best price on our old house, with contract terms that we liked and were reasonable. She ensured that all of our questions were addressed on the house we were buying and helped negotiate needed repairs and warranties into the contract. During the entire process, she was very quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts and made sure we knew exactly what our options were or the next step in the process. She really helped make a very stressful time much more enjoyable.

Jan was extremely helpful to me as a realtor. As a first-time home buyer, I had a TON of questions and needed many things explained, and Jan was very patient with me. She listened to my opinions and preferences and showed me many properties that I liked and were in my budget, neighborhoods, etc. She helped me look over contracts and documents and was very detail-oriented; she even picked out a couple instances where the seller made minute changes between contract drafts so I could get the best deal possible for the property I wanted. She was flexible and communicated with me often and whenever I needed help or advice. I would recommend her to anyone!
