Deana helped us sell our old home and find us a new home. She was great at helping stage the home, get professional pictures made and drive traffic to our old home. She really put a lot of effort in to ensure the right buyer would find our house quickly, to include open houses, and other tips to show our house as beautifully as possible. She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and really helped narrow down the homes that were within our price range and had features and location that we were looking for. We were busy with two little children and working, so it was very important that the houses we looked at were worth our time. During negotiations, she was great at getting us the best price on our old house, with contract terms that we liked and were reasonable. She ensured that all of our questions were addressed on the house we were buying and helped negotiate needed repairs and warranties into the contract. During the entire process, she was very quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts and made sure we knew exactly what our options were or the next step in the process. She really helped make a very stressful time much more enjoyable.
