My family and I were relocated to the Atlanta area for work. When we were introduced to Lisa we were immediately taken back by her knowledge, willingness to listen to our wants and needs, but also had the right questions to ask to really help us figure out what we were looking for. After our first interaction Lisa went to work right away! The communication was consistent and she really understood what my family needed in a home. She was able to take the experiences we were looking to create with a young family and turn that into homes that would fit just that. My wife and I have never had the opportunity to explore the suburbs of Atlanta. We had a 5 day house hunting trip and Lisa planned out each day beautifully. The knowledge she had of the areas, including parks, schools, shopping, traffic, the food scene, just to name a few, was incredible. She went above and beyond to explain to us processes for registering your car, getting your license to who to contact for utilities. When it came to purchasing a house, in this market in 5 days... sounds like fun doesnt it? Well, we did and not only did we get the house of our dreams we got it at a tremendous value due to her negotiation skills and presence in the market. Lisa has become a friend to our family. I can not say enough good things about how great of a realtor she is, and also how great of a PERSON she is.
