Amy did a fantastic job for us. Checked all the boxes for wanted we wanted in a realtor. New the area very well, Knew the comps in the area, provided guidance when asked and did not push us. She was also a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend her.
Amy not only has experience, knowledge, an amazing reputation, but also a incredible team that makes sure everything is handled always protecting your interest along the way. I have used Amy 2 times now and I assure you the relationship you will acquire is much more than a buyer/seller - Agent relationship. It’s personal to her to meet all of your needs and still making sure she gets what you want. So don’t be dumb... use Amy.
Amy is a true professional. Communicates extremely well by text or phone, almost always accessible and quickly responsive. Always seemed to have time for questions and updates. Practical and efficient in her approach. Knows the North Atlanta market like the back of her hand. Her knowledge and insights that were invaluable to our decision making. Smart, always calm, and always pleasant. Attentive to details that matter, and excellent at explaining and simplifying the sometimes complex real estate process. Looks you in the eye when she talks to you, and really seems to care about her clients getting the best possible outcome. You won't find a better agent to represent you in North Atlanta.
Amy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Amy knows her clients wants and needs and will help find you the perfect house. She is a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. Amy is a pleasure to work with.
