My sister and I live out of town and Rick handled the sale of our mother's home from start to finish. He routinely communicated with each of us about the showings of the house and the negotiations that ensued. He gave well-informed advice during the negotiations that led up to closing. Rick also coordinated the repairs that were necessary prior to the closing. He was especially helpful in assisting us with the contents of the house, recommending estate sale agents, coordinating pick up with the agent and others who were recipients of some of the contents. He also handled the shipping of a few pieces of furniture to family members. Throughout the process, he worked very hard for us. Thank you Rick!
