I can't say enough about the help that Rick gave us. We had legal matters and help in locating a new home. Rick was there whenever we needed him which was numerous times. He not only provided his knowledge in matters which we knew nothing about did the research on things we were having problems with. My sister and I live out of town and Rick handled the sale of our mother's home from start to finish. He routinely communicated with each of us about the showings of the house and the negotiations that ensued. He gave well-informed advice during the negotiations that led up to closing. Rick also coordinated the repairs that were necessary prior to the closing. He was especially helpful in assisting us with the contents of the house, recommending estate sale agents, coordinating pick up with the agent and others who were recipients of some of the contents. He also handled the shipping of a few pieces of furniture to family members. Throughout the process, he worked very hard for us. Thank you Rick!
