He routinely communicated with each of us about the showings of the house and the negotiations that ensued. He gave well-informed advice during the negotiations that led up to closing. Rick also coordinated the repairs that were necessary prior to the closing. He was especially helpful in assisting us with the contents of the house, recommending estate sale agents, coordinating pick up with the agent and others who were recipients of some of the contents.
