Rick brought the most activity to my house in a very short amount of time than two other realtors prior. It was like they only wanted the listing and that was it. The first realtor had no showings at all. The second realtor had one perspective buyer and kept my house on "pending" almost the whole listing time without getting a mortgage commitment, and "blatantly lied to me!" It was lack of communication and unconscionable practices. Rick is a stand up guy, very honest and sincere! If I had a question, he got right back to me in a very timely manor! His dedication to the job goes without saying. I WILL be using him again for the sale of my other home, and rental property in the future! He came recommended to me from a friend who also spoke highly of him. My only regret is that I didn't find out about him sooner! And sure enough, he continued that same high level with our home sale. He put a lot of effort into creating a great listing for our home showing off all the features. Our market was slow but Rick explored many new electronic marketing strategies. After a few months, we had a positive lead and Rick made sure the other agent was aware of our desire to sell the house. We had purchased another home out of state before we sold our home. Rick was fantastic! He watched the house and coordinated all the inspections and was our representative on site. He even made the closing easy for us so that we did not have to come back.
