When it came time to sell our Parent's home, we had a number of agents to choose from. We went with Nancy Hund because our daughter had such a positive experience working with Nancy when she sold her home. I didn't have much experience in selling a house and had very little time to spend getting it ready to sell. Nancy gave us guidance on what to do and not to do prior to listing it. There were a couple of times when it looked like the deal was going to fall through. Nancy calmed me down and worked to find solutions. She worked with the buyer and his lender to ensure all requirements were met. Nancy also made herself available for any necessary inspections so that we didn't have to be involved. We appreciate all that Nancy did that enabled us to complete the sale of our home.
