What can I say, Nancy was there throughout the entire selling process. She always answered my calls and explained my questions. She came to every showing, all inspections, and even settlement. I know most agents won't consider taking the time for all of that. We all know that after you get the signed contract is when the action starts. She got the ball rolling and had several contacts to choose from for repairs and inspections that were needed. I don't think settlement would have closed as fast without her help! She even rolled up her sleeves and moved boxes!!! Moving is stressful, but she made it easy!

Rick brought the most activity to my house in a very short amount of time than two other realtors prior. It was like they only wanted the listing and that was it. The first realtor had no showings at all. The second realtor had one perspective buyer and kept my house on "pending" almost the whole listing time without getting a mortgage commitment, and "blatantly lied to me!" It was lack of communication and unconscionable practices. Rick is a stand up guy, very honest and sincere! If I had a question, he got right back to me in a very timely manor! His dedication to the job goes without saying. I WILL be using him again for the sale of my other home, and rental property in the future! He came recommended to me from a friend who also spoke highly of him. My only regret is that I didn't find out about him sooner!
