Steve has been our realtor of choice for many years. His knowledge and experience are extensive. We value his advice and appreciate his thoroughness. Steve has sold several properties for us, both residential and commercial, has found tenants for us and has found us several properties to purchase as investment holdings.

We have known Steve for many years, and have used him as our Realtor several times over that period. Steve sold our last home in 2014 and we are currently working with him to find us our next one. He knows the area extraordinarily well - both residential and commercial. He has excellent relationships with others in the business, a crucial strength in coming to terms in any deal. He responds immediately to our requests for showings or other assistance. We have recommended Steve to others and have received excellent feedback about Steve's performance.

It’s been almost a year for us now in our new house. We have really enjoyed all four seasons. Thank you for your vision. It really helped us get the right house. We have been looking for house for almost 3 years but we never had that expert third opinion until we met you. Thank you for being patient with us answering all of our questions even if they were silly or repetitive. Your research and guidance to us form showing the house (multiple times), escorting with us for inspection to the final closing was really great. P.S. And Thank you for going that extra mile to find us all the contacts we need mowing, landscaping, utilities internet services. It sounds simple but when we moved into that neighborhood we never felt like outsiders we were right on from the day one.

I have both listed and purchased a home with Jessica. She made what could have been a very stressful time as smooth an experience as it could possibly be. Jessica's ability to understand her client's needs is excellent, and she translates that understanding into tangible results. She is always quick to respond to questions and concerns, and remains calm even in the most pressurized situations. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica for any real estate transaction.
