Jesse and Steve Darlington were great to work with while selling my house on the river in New Hope, and also in the process of renting it the previous year. We put the house up for market last year and were able to find a solid renter for the last year within a week of listing it, meanwhile they were very helpful in getting me ready for the process of renting the house. They are great at responding to legal questions as well and know their contracts inside and out which also helped mitigate a lot of stress throughout the rental term. They also are helping sell my house while I was out of state the next year. They helped us price it well and we had a full price offer same day the sign went in. The closing is coming up in 2 days and everything has gone smoothly. They helped keep me organized and on track for closing in terms of keeping up with the paperwork, while also helping with all the inspections in a tenant occupied house which I'd imagine is a little more difficult than with just a normal homeowner. They were never too pushy on a particular issue while always giving informed advice and really helped the whole thing be as stress free as possible.
