We spoke with Jessica Pervall way before we were ready to commit to selling and she answered all of our questions and concerns and patiently waited until we were ready. Jessica is enthusiastic, extremely professional, very knowledgeable and on top of all the specific details related to both selling and buying a home. Her advice about staging our home was spot on! Even though we got three offers before the Open House, Jessica still went ahead with the Open House because it was in our best interests. Jessica is extremely generous with her time. She promptly replied to our numerous questions via text and email. Additionally, she had no qualms calling us on a Saturday night to deliver the great news that we got multiple offers to consider. Finally, Jessica is a great advocate to have on your side during a real estate transaction. She stood up for us when we asked and most importantly even when we didn't know to ask!
