Selling a home is always stressful. I must say that Jessica did an excellent job across the board- even making the experience fun! Her attentiveness to detail, quick response time and reassuring knowledge allowed me to rest easy from day one. She came to my home and was non-judgmental about some areas that needing some TLC in order to prepare for the sale and made suggestions that were reasonably priced and easy to implement. When it came time to show my home, it took only 1 day to get an offer that was accepted. Once I accepted the offer, Jessica was on top of all paperwork necessary in order to ensure a smooth closing.
