Selling a home is always stressful. I must say that Jessica did an excellent job across the board- even making the experience fun! Her attentiveness to detail, quick response time and reassuring knowledge allowed me to rest easy from day one. She came to my home and was non-judgmental about some areas that needing some TLC in order to prepare for the sale and made suggestions that were reasonably priced and easy to implement. When it came time to show my home, it took only 1 day to get an offer that was accepted. Once I accepted the offer, Jessica was on top of all paperwork necessary in order to ensure a smooth closing. In addition, she took all my calls or responded back quickly with relevant information needed. If you are in the market for a realtor, I highly recommend Jessica for an outstanding experience!

From the first conversation, Jess knew exactly the right course of action to take and applied an amazing solution to sell our home in a very short period of time with the least amount of effort from us. We evaluated the state of the home and looked at the "to do list" of items that we were planning on doing prior to listing. Jess provided guidance on what was necessary and what was not, and in the end it was exactly accurate! Attention to detail and industry knowledge are her best strengths, and I am failing to think of anything that was negative during our journey.
