If you are on the hunt for a realtor who knows themarket,will do right by you and has your back stop looking. Kathy is your person. I had to sell my mom's house as part of her estate after her passing in June 2018. I called Kathy and it is now sold Sept 2018. She will and spend time with you and then she runs with it. TOTAL professional. Put a presentation package together for me to show local comps and explains in detail all parts of the process. Had PRO pictures taken of the house and created a fantastic online presentation of the house Never having sold a house none the less an estate after my moms death Kathy always answered my questions even when texted and called at 9 at night. This is the third time my husband and I have worked with Kathy McDonald. We always appreciate her positive professionalism.
