This is the third time my husband and I have worked with Kathy McDonald. We always appreciate her positive professionalism. Her years of experience are apparent in all aspects of the real estate market. Weather she is selling a home or helping you buy one. We value her expertise and often ask her for advice. We recently purchased a home from her that required a septic, pool, home, termite and appraisal inspection. Her assistant arranged to have them done all on the same day. We didn't have to do thing. All the people that Kathy works with are just as friendly and professional as she is. We know we can trust her for good contacts which is another reason why we enjoy working with her.
