Kathy goes above and beyond to make sure your home sells. Fast! We started with a marketing plan that included staging, pro photographer, pro floor plan design, "coming soon" listing, and pricing. We had 5 offers within 2 days of listing and sold for $10K over asking. It took 5 weeks from listing to settlement. Amazing! And she has loads of resources in the community for anything that needs to be done (repairs, etc..). Love working with Kathy and her team!

Kathy was right on with the home valuation. She coordinated all aspects of the contract, inspection and repairs needed after inspection. She even coordinated settlement for us, since we couldn’t be there. She was nice and personable while maintaining a professional relationship. I would use her again, need be.
