After an unsuccessful listing with another agent, I was recommended Bill by a friend who had sold their home with him before. From day one he was always assuring me that we would get it sold, and he delivered. I know he went above and beyond the standard and I will recommend Bill to everyone who is looking for a top-notch realtor. We even had a few laughs along the way, a genuinely great guy!
