Kathy did a great job for us. We contacted her months before we were prepared to list to get her advice for moving forward. She was very helpful and gave us a picture of the market at that time and offered advice on how to prepare our home when we were ready. Her advice turned out to be golden and made the entire moving and packing process flow. Months later her knowledge of the market was instrumental as the market had changed during that time and we were able to increase our property price based on better comps. Our home sold in 48 hours! During the contract stage, Kathy was able to successfully negotiate a later settlement date for us and when an appraisal came back lower than expected, Kathy immediately provided the necessary comps and additional information needed which resulted in a higher appraisal. We were pleased and thankful for Kathy's experience and knowledge. Later, when we realized we could not attend the settlement, Kathy came to our home and went through the process with us and then represented us at the settlement. This was a life saver for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
