We’ve known Kathy for many years so it was a “no brainer” that we chose her to be our guiding light! We contacted her, she did a walk-through to help decide what needed to be done to prepare the house to be shown (we’ve lived in the house for 35 years and had lots of “treasures “ to deal with) and we got to work. 6 weeks later we had a sign on the lawn - and immediately sold! There were several little issues during the process that made the experience “interesting”, but due to her expert knowledge, all hurdles were crossed successfully. She also guided us through the purchase of a wonderful condo without a hiccup! The total amount of time from our initial decision to sell to sitting at the settlement table was less than 3 months! Our feet are still sore and we’re more tired that we ever thought it was possible to be, but we absolutely LOVE our new home and so much of the credit is due to her knowledge, hard work and positive attitude!
