Experienced, kind, professional, truthful
My wife and I had enlisted Kathy for our home purchase during trying times (COVID-19 pandemic). From the first time meeting Kathy all the way to closing-day, she was fantastic. Kathy brings years of experience/wisdom while also keeping up with the trends. She listens. She is punctual. She knew how to keep us calm/engaged in a stressful situation (bidding wars, inspection problems, etc.). She understands the market, from township-to-township and neighborhood-to-neighborhood. Kathy didn't mind 'rolling up her sleeves' and poking around in an old/musty basement with us, putting on her pre-inspection hat. She will be honest & let you know if you are walking into a money-pit. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Kathy is simply the best!
Honestly can’t say enough wonderful thing about Kathy! As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about owning a home or what we were looking for. Kathy walked us through everything! Any question we had Kathy was right the with an answer or put us in direct contact with someone who could. She was extremely reliable and quick to respond which made the entire process that much less stressful. Her alway positive and upbeat attitude made house shopping extra enjoyable. We couldn’t have found our beautiful home without her!

Excellent experience!
Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the current market and all steps of the home buying and selling process. She also gave us many tips to maximize the sales price of our home, all of which paid off. On the buying side she kept the lines of communication open with the other involved parties and acted as a liaison to get through any hurdles along the way. We highly recommend Kathy and her team.

Al is a retired real estate broker and says no one could have done better..
Our first meeting she brought the current sales in our development and gave us a good idea of the value of our house. She immediately did everything possible to get the house ready for sale. What ever had to be done she, Kathy, took care of herself so that we were free of any responsibility . She made everything as easy as possible for us. We could tell she was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind and thoughtful of us. She took care of everything. We did not even have to go to settlement and she brought us the check. It was sold and settled in a little over 2 months. We tell everyone we can how special she is.
