Excellent and Tenacious
Kathy was straight forward and to the point and really knew her stuff. She made sure we got the best deal and was spot on. She was also very communicative and descriptive im every part so we were never confused on what we had to do. She definitely looked out for our best interests and it was a very smooth ride.
