Lisa was an excellent asset in selling our house and managing the sale process after we had a buyer. She knew how to generate activity and interest in our house and we sold our house in 5 days even before having an open house. She answered all of our many questions throughout the process and helped us communicate with the buyer on many issues. She was there with the appraiser pointing out all of the work we had done to the house, and the house appraised well. I cannot say enough about Shawn Borden. My husband and I were very nervous to sell and buy a new home. We sat down with Shawn Borden and he explained everything from A-Z. It was a lot to absorbed, but he made our experience a great one. He told us that he would take the stress of of our shoulders, and that is exactly what he did.
