It is hard to sell a property when you don't live in the state. Barbara's experience & expertise helped me through the process and until the closing. She was always on top of everything. She has great follow through skills. I truly appreciated her communication skills and professional demeanor. Janet Scarpello

My wife and I relocated from CT and had our worries, but Cheryl made our buying experience seamless. Her sense of calm made even some of the more difficult situations easy to deal with. She cared for our wants and took them to heart, looking at a variety of homes in a number of towns, even FaceTiming us during walkthroughs when we were not in PA. She is caring, taking the time to chat with our boys when we had to bring them to look at homes. She is highly recommended by our family and we hope all consider her for their real estate needs.

Shawn Borden made our home buying experience one we will never forget. His enthusiasm and professionalism stand out. He took a great deal of time speaking to us about what we were looking for in a home. As empty nesters, we were looking for one level living and a “forever home.” Having additional space for family visits was very important to us. I always felt Shawn enjoyed showing us homes as much as we enjoyed looking at them. Shawn found us our perfect home and worked an entire weekend securing an acceptable deal with the sellers. We couldn’t be happier in our new home. So many thanks to Shawn for keeping on top of the market and finding us our beautiful home. In addition to Shawn, there is a whole team at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach who helped us while selling our old home and buying our dream home. From the initial staging and pricing to contractors, title/home insurance, home warranty protection and mortgage services they were able to handle every challenge. Shawn and the BHHS/Fox & Roach team always communicated with us while answering all our questions and explaining every document we needed to sign. I highly recommend Shawn Borden for selling and buying a house. He took great care of us during our entire experience with professionalism and competence.

Lisa made you feel so special and eager to work with you. She was well prepared and had an answer for all your questions. I would work with her again and also share her name with others who need a realtor.

Ms. Lester was very helpful with a string of properties. My son was selling his property and buying my house, I was selling my house to my son and buying another property then I was selling that property and buying another property. Ms. Lester was key to working as the realtor, to providing us with a firm that took care of the legal side, and finally liaison with a major builder.

Lisa did an AMAZING job when I was buying and then unexpectedly selling my first home. She adds a personal level of care and goes above and beyond to help.

Lisa was an excellent asset in selling our house and managing the sale process after we had a buyer. She knew how to generate activity and interest in our house and we sold our house in 5 days even before having an open house. She answered all of our many questions throughout the process and helped us communicate with the buyer on many issues. She was there with the appraiser pointing out all of the work we had done to the house, and the house appraised well. Lisa was an excellent realtor and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

She is very professional and extremely kind! We were very sad to leave our area and our friend Lisa as well. Would recommend her to everyone looking to sell or purchase their home!

I cannot say enough about Shawn Borden. My husband and I were very nervous to sell and buy a new home. We sat down with Shawn Borden and he explained everything from A-Z. It was a lot to absorbed, but he made our experience a great one. He told us that he would take the stress of of our shoulders, and that is exactly what he did. He sold our home in no time, and found us a new home in a wonderful kid friendly neighborhood. We couldn't of had a better agent. Very knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to negotiate. I would recommend Shawn Borden to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Shawn spent a lot of time working closely with us in the past year while we searched for the perfect home and then sold our old home. We hadn't ever sold a home before, and the process was not without challenges due to some work we had done that required permits after the fact. Shawn handled all of this like a pro and kept us updated on all of the moving parts. I would highly recommend working with him.
