We didn’t have a realtor going into selling our home, and a friend referred us to Lisa. This was the most seamless home sale I have ever experienced. Lisa was accommodating, but she also moved quickly. She did all her research ahead of time and came extremely well prepared. As soon as I met Lisa, I felt very comfortable and knew it would be a good fit. She is very personable, and it felt like I had known her for years. We listed our home at the price Lisa recommended, and it sold in two days!! She is an excellent communicator, and she was always so responsive. All of the documents were laid out to us ahead of time, and she answered every question throughout the process. Our closing took all of 15 minutes. I would recommend Lisa to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with! Highly recommend. Would use her again in a heartbeat.

Both Annemarie and Gus Wagner did an excellent job helping me navigate the sale of my parent's home. With my father's passing the home went to my mother who is in a memory care facility with Alzheimer's. Since I was the Executor of my Father's Estate, Annemarie guided me along with the process.
