We started searching with Lisa and quickly realized we would need to expand our search area do to the low home inventory. She was very accommodating and open to showing us areas even an hour from her primary area. After we found our new home she was able to get a photographer to our old one, list and get our home active in just a few days. It then sold that weekend. She was very responsive to text messages even at the occasional late or odd hour. Lisa was also a good and like able person which goes a long way.

We went over step by step on how to market the house, what improvements needed to be made, and perhaps most importantly what set expectations I should have had. Mara did a great job walking me through selling my home. I didn't think anything could be more nerve-racking than purchasing a home. Until it was time to put my house on the market.
