The passion, dedication, and determination that Jocelyn and Erick Mejia at "Real Florida Group" have for their clients is remarkable. I came across these realtors by looking for a DJ, photographer, and video graphic for my coming up wedding in 2023 at the time I was unaware of them doing any type of reality. With that being said I booked them for all my wedding needs because I just knew that they would do a fantastic job due to high professionalism that they had with in them. In June 2022 I noticed advertisements with the name Jocelyn and Erick Mejia at "Real Florida Group". I love working with them for all my wedding needs, so I said to myself let me give them a shot on helping me find a home. I have been trying to buy a home now for the last 2.5 years with no luck, so I just about gave up because the realtors that I had been working with off and on for the last 2.5 yrs really had no interest in helping me find someone to help me get into a home, they gave me no resources and no hope because i knew myself i had challenging credit. When I called Jocelyn and Erick they wasted no time on helping me. I was given resources after resources for me to begin the process. One of the resources was a broker a broker that Jocelyn and Erick spoke very highly of. When the broker gave us the ok we began looking Erick had drove as far as Lake City FL. for me to see a home that I wanted to see and that said alot for them and also seen a home in the SHORES that we really wanted. As of 9.19.22 I am a home owner and that my friends speaks volume for these amazing realtors. Jocelyn and Erick may not have done the financial part in this ordeal but they sure knew what they were doing when they put me with the right people. Their determination turned my dreams into a reality because I was so tired of renting and throwing my money away. At the time of them handing us the key they met us back at the home for them to show their appreciation gifts and professional pictures. Thank You Again

We came down to Florida with the intent to view the areas we would most likely want to purchase a winter home. We met with Lori Clearly on our second day and she took our information and immediately started to produce properties for us to view. We looked at many homes and Lori contacted and viewed several each day for us to view interiors. She was always available for us even though she had clients she was working with her prior to us arriving. On the fifth day we found our new house and we closed in a week. Lori is an asset to Florida Properties and she will be highly recommended by us for any future buyers. Lori was also so nice and professional that she left a celebratory beverage to toast our new home.

From the initial hello to the closing we were treated with professionalism and always saw a hard working agent. The marketing was second to none. They treated our home with respect and dignity. They made a difficult transition for a 92 year old feel seamless. I would highly recommend Jocelyn for your real estate needs. Over the years we’ve handled dozens of real estate transactions, and this was by far the smoothest most professional best marketed best handled experience. It was a pleasure to see her entire family jump on board with marketing the open house. We are convinced without their hard work we would have never sold this house with the number of offers we had to choose from. The only regret we have was not being able to sell to each thoughtful offer that was received.

Kim had the presence of mind to realize that a house that was being considered for listing (but wasn't yet listed) would be perfect for us. She got the owners' permission to show it to us....it WAS perfect for us! We said we wanted it...only then did the owners decide to sell; they named their price and we accepted it! Done and done! Since then, Kim has been a fabulous support, providing us with recommendations for the various suppliers we need to help us settle in. Can't imagine a better realtor!

She listened well to what we wanted in a home and helped us find the perfect one.
