Kim handled the sale of the home of a cousin by marriage who recently lost her husband. Kim went beyond the typical "Let's do an Open House, sign somebody to a Contract, and close ASAP". I can’t say enough about how Kim helped my elderly mother sell her home in Florida. She went beyond just being a real estate agent but a person that cares and wants to help. My brother and I couldn’t always help my mother since we lived in New York. Kim would make sure my mother was doing ok by stopping by and checking in on her. This process could be stressful but Kim made it easy to handle. She always answered my emails no matter how small or silly of a question.
