Kim handled the sale of the home of a cousin by marriage who recently lost her husband. Kim went beyond the typical "Let's do an Open House, sign somebody to a Contract, and close ASAP". Kim spent the time to work with her and patiently guided her through the entire process. Kim exhibited a level of care and professionalism that is not always seen when dealing with elderly clients who lost a spouse after many years of marriage. Well done, Kim. I can’t say enough about how Kim helped my elderly mother sell her home in Florida. She went beyond just being a real estate agent but a person that cares and wants to help. My brother and I couldn’t always help my mother since we lived in New York. Kim would make sure my mother was doing ok by stopping by and checking in on her. This process could be stressful but Kim made it easy to handle. She always answered my emails no matter how small or silly of a question. Our family lawyer who was involved in the transaction had commented that you found a good agent. She knows her stuff. We can not thank her enough for being a wonderful person to my mother.
