Robin Gonzalez is an excellent Agent. She was very helpful providing an excellent plan to sell the houses. She is easy to deal with. She's very bright, down-to-earth and a informed hard-worker. If she is in the area in which you would like to sell or purchase a home, you need look no further than Robin Gonzalez. Robin represented us in the sale of multiple former rental properties. It was a complicated process as there were non-paying tenants, an eviction, multiple houses that needed to be emptied and reconditioned to become ready to be shown. It was an involved process as the owner's representative was out of state, which left the contractor coordination mainly for Robin to handle. In the end, all the properties were sold and we had excellent representation with Robin.

Robin was very fair and very accommodating to my girlfriend and myself. We had big aspirations for the perfect property and Robin did everything imaginable to ensure she found locations that best for our wants/needs. In my opinion, Robin is probably the best agent working in this firm. She made the process so easy for us. Even after closing, she continued to help with the moving process. She connected us with everyone we would need to help us get the house ready. We were beyond amazed. She is a phenomenal agent. She has a easy personality. Aldo is a great realtor he was very considerate about viewing homes and was very patient with me being late a couple times even though there was a few homes where it was a short viewing he always helped with looking for potential problems with a home might have and gave suggestions.. Even though he said he has not sold or bought duplexes before he got all the information he could and made the process as painless as possible.. when i buy another property i will go back to him

I did not know Aldo at all prior to doing business with him . During the course of time he has earned my highest respect. He had outstanding knowledge of market, the area, marketing plans. Also was very professional at all times with us, most of all and biggest priority was his integrity. I would rather deal with an honest person even if it means less money . Aldo is a real asset to your company. Dealing with your title company was also a very good experience , my wife told me she really appreciated the lady at title company and Aldo. By the way Aldo's honesty and expertise saved us 3000 dollars+ this is no joke .....a charge came up that caught us by total surprise, Aldo "happened" to here about this charge and immediately checked into it and found it to be 3000 + to much, and seen to it this was corrected! Also "the woman" at title co double checked the hoa fee and recovered 400 dollars for us .....I am overwhelmed at how these two there integrity and professionalism made this business process so wonderful for myself but especially for my wife , you see I am in Alaska and my wife is down there (in Florida) and she gets very nervous doing business, so this was really a breath of fresh air !!! thanks again (This all seamed like God was watching over there shoulders.....this is a great thing) he did more than what I expected more than expected
