Pam Cohn was referred to us by my uncle who had her as his agent several times. When he passed away and I had to sell his house, she was the one I called. She provided a clear explanation of each step before it even happened and was invaluable to me, especially since I live 1200 miles away. When we had an issue with the inspection, it Pam I depended on to find the right contractors; she even stayed at the house and worked while the workers were there l! Closing was done through the mail and again I depended on her to explain various parts of the documents, and again she was invaluable. I never felt like just another ‘sale’ to her, and trusted her judgement implicitly. Your area is very fortunate to have a Sales Agent as hard working, conscientious and honest as Pam is. My uncle was so right in referring her and we felt Lucky to have her sell his house.

The selling of the house was an estate sale. They think like I do which was great! We had a plan and it was executed. I was put in touch with the most professional vendors. Chuck and Katie kept their eye on the property and always followed up. They’re so smart and so compassionate. I’m going to miss them. The house was priced fairly. They’re the absolute best!

Chuck treated this sale as if he was selling his own home. I live out of state and Chuck reported any potential problems with the home while it was on the market before they became real problems. (Weeds, a light bulb out, etc). Chuck took care of some of the issues himself and I was able to take care of the others remotely. I would recommend Chuck.
