Chuck and Katie, are simply good people and great at what they did. We started our journey with them over 2 years ago and were off and on looking for a house. My husband and I could never agree on a location, type of home, or style and the two were so patient, always listening and guiding us. I would classify Chuck as the Yoda in real estate agents and Katie provides the perspective in all areas. The two feed off of each other well. Had to sell Mom's home from out of state as a result of health issues. I was not sure how it would go at first. Chuck Bachteler was very good and in tune with our situation. He is extremely knowledgeable in his area/market and professional in his dealings. Chuck went above and beyond, surpassing what I had expected and made a difficult situation run smoothly through closing.
