Pam did such a great job for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the local real estate market and also of market trends nationwide. She was very experienced in dealing with other homes in our neighborhood. She was super helpful with pricing and staging ideas. She is an excellent negotiator and helped field multiple offers. Pam managed the transaction successfully through closing with constant communication throughout. We ended up closing well above asking price in large part due to her initial pricing strategy. Constantin found a great property in the area I wanted. We moved fast in the market and got the deal done they refused our first offer but took out second offer. In the last 30 days two other homes in the nieghborhood sold at higher prices they were very similar homes but I would have chosen the one I purchased if prices were the same. He gave a great referral for a loan and was very professional.
