I’m so glad we worked with Jeanne instead of trying to sell on our own. She knew exactly what we needed to do. Her fees were fair. The guidance she provided was invaluable. We had seven offers and sold at a price well above our asking. Jeanne understood how to use the internet to our advantage when listing the house. She was very knowledgeable about the timing of the sale. She worked tirelessly with us to establish a date when we could comfortably have the house ready for viewing. Moving was difficult as we had lived there for 22 years. She was patient and communicated with us regularly. A professional photographer was brought in as part of our fee. Although we had our own photographs, he made the house look so amazing we used all his photos. We would definitely work with Jeanne again.

She has the local knowledge and resources to help you find dream house if you are buying, and the marketing skills to sell your house at your price quickly. I have now used Andrea for two purchases, one in Pinellas, and the other in Hillsborough County, as well as one sale. When my family needed to relocate to the Tampa area Andrea was able to put our house up for sale, and get it under contract within two weeks, during a relatively cold real estate market.
