We met Paul through an open house and were so impressed with his professionalism and cheerful demeanor that we chose him as our agent when we sold our house in the Eastlake area. He represented us well and everything went smoothly. We also chose Paul to negotiate the purchase of new construction, and once again he did not disappoint, and he got us a great deal. He was always available whenever we needed him, proactively checked on us at regular intervals, and certainly did his homework. We highly recommend Paul and would gladly work with him again.
