She has the local knowledge and resources to help you find dream house if you are buying, and the marketing skills to sell your house at your price quickly. I have now used Andrea for two purchases, one in Pinellas, and the other in Hillsborough County, as well as one sale. When my family needed to relocate to the Tampa area Andrea was able to put our house up for sale, and get it under contract within two weeks, during a relatively cold real estate market. She is extremely responsive to any and all questions during the entire process, and can be reached at all hours of the day. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Andrea Zahn represent me in the recent sale of my Palm Harbor home as well as the purchase of my new one. Andrea did a wonderful job helping my husband and me find a home in Palm Harbor. My husband and I didn't like any of the houses we chose on our own to look at, but Andrea was able to pick up on the features we liked and wanted most and found us a home that is perfect for our family and still allowed our children to continue attending their schools.
