We met Iryna at an Open House she was hosting when we were just starting to think about buying a house. We immediately clicked with her. As soon as we left the house, we decided we wanted her as our buyer’s agent. We looked at many houses over a period of many months, through the pandemic too. She never tired of helping us. Melissa held our hands through the difficult process making sure that we understood each step of the home buying process! She helped us negotiate with the seller to meet our needs, made sure we got our first choice home (we only put in one offer), and always made herself available via phone, text, or email for our questions and freak outs! :) She worked seamlessly with other professionals to keep our closing on track and made sure that we knew what our next step was and how to complete it.
