Susie Rodes is an experienced professional with a deep commitment to her clients and to the Central Kentucky community. Ms Rodes was instrumental in my transition to Lexington as a new faculty member at the University of Kentucky, assisting me and my husband in buying our home. Ms Rodes is well versed on the university's Employer Assisted Housing Program and has experience with international clients like us. The home we ultimately purchased was not initially on our radar, yet Ms Rodes was keen on identifying it as a good fit for us. Overall, Susie made the entire home buying process incredibly smooth, beginning before our cross-Atlantic move and on to closing. She will be someone we can continue to trust for all of our real estate needs and is an incredible asset to the Lexington community.

Doreen was fantastic. Helped in more ways than you can imagine. She did some staging, gave advice, did alot of research, produced a beautiful flyer with pro pictures and met with us when we needed. Sold our home under 2 weeks! Great personality and very trustworthy.

Eric was very nice , knowledgeable, patient attentive and professional. I was selling my family home that I grew up in and had been in our family for over 70 years! He appreciated the sentimental and historical value of the home. I am very satisfied with the process and his handling of my property. I felt comfortable working with him and appreciated his dependability. He negotiated and got me the price that I anticipated. I am relocating to Arizona and have more property to sell and will be calling on Eric to sell those as well. I especially like his patience in reviewing documents and answering all of my questions. Additionally, he was very honest in his recommendations of pre-selling improvements. He responded in a timely manner to all of my correspondence. I recommend him to help with any of your real estate needs.

Lindsey hung in there through a lot of fruitless searches till I finally found what I wanted. She has such a great personality and sense of humor I became quite fond of her. Give her a call, I think you will be glad you did.

Doreen was amazing! She helped my husband and I find our dream home after moving from out of state. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different areas we were interested in. I have never had a realtor work as hard as Doreen! She was extremely responsive and helped us navigate the buying process here in KY. I would highly recommend using Doreen!

We have worked with Anne for years. She has helped us through many experiences of selling, building, and buying. She has helped us find exactly what we needed. She was always available and if she didn't know the answers to our questions, she found just the best one to give us answers.

Clarissa Barber did an excellent job on the sale of our home. She is very professional, returns calls quickly, knows the market, and gave us honest advice on what we need to do to sell them.. We took that advice, had three offers over asking, and SOLD our home in 2 DAYS!!

After seeing the for sale by owner sign in our yard, Susie Rodes reached out to us to say she loved the house, she loved the neighborhood, and she would love to help us sell our family home of 60 years! We put our trust in Susie and the first day our house hit the market, we had an offer over the listed price. We saw our home marketed on numerous social media sites as Susie utilizes the latest technology. She attends to all details from the pictures she has taken to market your home, to the beautiful brochures she creates, to the handling and scheduling of all inspections and facilitating the closing. She answers every call or text in a matter of minutes! We highly recommend Susie for your real estate needs, It was the best decision we could have made!

I chose Anne as my realtor because I know her to be honest and trustworthy. She also is very experienced and knows the Lexington market which was helpful. She guided us through the process of buying our new home and selling our old home with ease. She kept us in the loop and followed up on any issues. It was very comfortable working with Anne!!
