Susie Rodes is excellent at her job and also a pleasant person to work with. She knows everyone in Lexington real estate and helped us navigate a very tricky sale and purchase. She is wonderful about getting back to clients and answering all of their questions. We can't recommend her highly enough!

Anne was our relocation purchasing agent when we moved to KY in 2017. She wouldn't give up until we found just the right home for our needs. She was particularly helpful in negotiating with builder who wasn't easy to deal with during the purchase. We used Anne again throughout the end of 2020 and into 2021 to find our next KY home. Even in one of the toughest buying markets in recent memory, Anne kept a positive attitude and was a trusted advisor. She met us at a home with very short notice on several occasions, just to ensure we had a shot at submitting an offer. We were beat out on a few by cash buyers, and yet we kept looking. Finally found the home that was meant for us and closed last week. Once we are settled, we will use Anne to list our other home for sale. You won't find a more dedicated realtor than Anne.

Ella was fantastic for us! She helped us buy our first house in Lexington. She was very good at feeling out what we liked very quickly. We looked at a lot of houses and Ella always made herself available to us coming in from out of town. Always responsive and fought for us all the way to the end. We would highly recommend Ella!

Susie is amazing at her job and also just a great person to work with. She responds to questions and issues as soon as possible. She is pleasant, extremely knowledgable, and was able to navigate a very tricky situation for the sale and purchase of our new home. We were very grateful to get work with her and can't recommend her enough.

Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with during our home-buying experience. We are first-time homebuyers and new to the area, so we needed a lot of help and advice during the process. Laura provided assistance at every step and was really flexible in setting up showings (even virtually, since we were out of state). We found the perfect home in an area that we would not have known about without Laura's help. We would highly recommend Laura, if you are looking for a property in the Lexington area!

My wife and I contacted Holly originally to help us find a house to buy but changed our mind when we saw the way the market was going and shifted gears to just selling our current home. Holly provided us all the market insight we could have wanted. She made sure we were aware of every option we had, never pressured us one way or the other, was available whenever we needed her and always seemed just as excited or concerned as we were every step of the way. Transactions like these inevitably hit a snag or two, but we were always aware of what was going on and always felt like she had it handled and we could just sit back and know it was all going to work out. Couldn't have been a better experience. When we're in the market to buy again, there's no question who our first call will be.

She discovered a boundary issue that had been previously undetected and was able to bring all necessary parties together to get the legal needs remedied. She is also, knowledgeable concerning the professional service people in our beginning housekeeping here.
