One of the reasons we chose Amy to sell our house is because she helped purchase an investment home previously. I was very impressed by Amy's professionalism. She made suggestions on how to stage the house for selling and she hired professional photographer to take good pictures of the houde. She referred good contractors to help me fix up places that need to be fixed. She helped price the house to make sure we sell at the market price. I felt like she helped us from the beginning to the end of the selling process very professionally.

She worked very hard to show us the house several times and get us in to measure, etc. She worked much harder on the contract no help from the listing agent on the other end. She was very professional and knowledgeable about all real estate laws and banking considerations. We were very pleased with the entire process!

Doreen was our second realtor & she delivered on everything that she promised to do to sell our large home & farm. Her skills in using technology In advertising were a huge asset, She communicated with us on a weekly bases to update us on showings and other Inquires. She offered helpful suggestions on little touches to make house more appealing. She Also, gave us good advise on asking price and final negotiations We would highly recommend using her.
