All I can say is that Gary Finkelstein gets the job done!!! He listed and sold our old home and in six hours it was sold with not one but two contracts above asking price. He is very friendly, professional and pays close attention to detail. When looking for our dream replacement home he knew exactly what we wanted. He made sure he would not just be making a sale but instead helping us to find a home to grow and live in with our children. He showed us that our family was important to him and did everything in his reach to help us out within the process of purchasing our home. Mr. Heller followed through keeping me posted with any updates on the property through emails and phone calls and text messages this was important to me as I am in California and the property is in Florida and I was unable to be physically present. I felt that he went over and above as far as trying to sell my property. What impressed me was that this was really not a very large sale but he treated me as if I would assume he treats people with much larger sales. It was not expecting that level of attention for such a small property but appreciated it Mr. Heller was highly recommended by our attorney and we went with that referral because we very much valued our attorney and his opinion. He said Berkshire Hathaway was one of the best companies to work with Mr. Heller was always accessible and generally return my phone calls very promptly. He also responded to my text messages in a very timely fashion which I very much appreciate it Your company came very highly recommended to me from attorney Randall Leshin. Who currently operates in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We went with his recommendation as he had handled the acquisition of this property through probate after my father's death

Amazing...patient, hard worker, perseverance, follow through, sense of humor and knows the procedures to the letter. (Better than my attorney.) Does not waste time as he does his homework and shows what is relevant. So rare. I have bought and sold many properties by far the best agent, the others are not in his category. And lastly, to me probably the most important creative at all selling levels. Tried to find a negative to make this credible, couldn't find, well yes, got a negative he is a Heat fan.

Jay helped on a sale of my condo in pompano beach, FL. This was my first sale in Florida, and a condo. He came prepared to the first meeting with comp examples, a brief history of his experience, what to expect that could and should happen, etc... He knew what needed to be done to the property to get it ready. I had asked him to handle all matters. He did so to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. My experience from beginning to end was excellent , Jay facilitated the search and purchase of my home with professionalism , knowledge and confidence. This was my first home buying experience in FL and Jay made the process not only smooth but enjoyable. I found the FL marketplace to be very different from my experiences up North but Jay made the transition very transparent and smooth. His knowledge of the Ft. Lauderdale area and neighborhoods was astonishing. He was able to find a home for me within my budget and not only meet my immediate needs but has created a positive cash flow for me as I am now using the home as an investment tool.
