We worked with Milva to find a property to rent in Fort Lauderdale. We had only recently moved into the area from Asia and were staying in a corporate rental so I was not familiar with the locality and needed a lot of handholding through the process. It took a few days of visiting different buildings across a few towns before we settled on where we now rent. Milva was super supportive throughout, listened to us, asked pertinent questions and was always both responsive and patient. I am happy to recommend her to anyone.

Milva helped us find a rental property while we were still living out of state. My husband flew into town for two days and Milva had a full agenda of showings lined up. She listed to our wants and needs, and made amazing recommendations. She helped us find the perfect home for our move to Florida. I can't say enough great things about working with her. It was a pleasure to work with Rachel in our house purchase. From the moment we met and she started showing us houses, we had a great connection. She was very friendly and fun, but she was also very professional and paid attention to every detail. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Rachel ,our agent and also the listing agent. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. after changing our realtors we met Rachel, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us responsive to our needs,a response is always minutes away some times three a text, email and a call. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. nWe never felt forced to make an offer and ended up in a bidding war, Rachel walked us through every step of the negotiations, constantly assuring us she will get this done.
