Steven Sarajian went above and beyond to help my Sister and I sell our Dads condo in Florida. He is reliable kind honest hardworking and was always available to answer our questions when we called him. He sold our property quickly and also gave up alot of his time to be at our property when we were unable to get to Florida from New Jersey.He helped us meet with painters and clean out companies to have our property looking great .Steven offered very good advice and is an excellent realtor. Steve is the best! I was in charge of selling a condominium in an estate sale. He referred me to good vendors to move the junk out of the unit, clean it to be sparkly, and patch and paint. He would stop by the unit and check on the vendors’ work, which was really helpful to me. When the listing became active, I received a good offer within a few days which I accepted. When those buyers got cold feet during their due diligence period and canceled, Steve got me another offer within a few days because he had kept in touch with the other prospects who had expressed an interest. That deal closed at a higher price. I could not have had a better result! Steve is a hard worker, a good communicator, and always available. I recommend him highly.
