Very helpful in the whole closing process and sale . Had showings and he took care of them also .he made sure the apt was ready for each showing! Steven was also very considerate of me for the showings !

Steve is the best! I was in charge of selling a condominium in an estate sale. He referred me to good vendors to move the junk out of the unit, clean it to be sparkly, and patch and paint. He would stop by the unit and check on the vendors’ work, which was really helpful to me. When the listing became active, I received a good offer within a few days which I accepted. When those buyers got cold feet during their due diligence period and canceled, Steve got me another offer within a few days because he had kept in touch with the other prospects who had expressed an interest. That deal closed at a higher price. I could not have had a better result! Steve is a hard worker, a good communicator, and always available. I recommend him highly.
