Jay helped on a sale of my condo in pompano beach, FL. This was my first sale in Florida, and a condo. He came prepared to the first meeting with comp examples, a brief history of his experience, what to expect that could and should happen, etc... He knew what needed to be done to the property to get it ready. I had asked him to handle all matters. He did so to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.
