Cynthia is great at what she does and made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish, which was very helpful since I was out of the country during the majority of escrow and closing. She was helpful in facilitating all inspections and making sure they were all done within a timely manner. She would then walk me through all of the results and made sure I understood what was being said and what actions would need to be taken from them, if any. If I had any questions or concerns she was prompt with responses and made sure I was satisfied with her responses. You will not have any concerns when you decide to have her represent you in purchasing a new home.

Our realtor Cynthia Miller handled the sale of our mother’s home with such grace and professionalism. From our initial meeting Cynthia demonstrated her understanding of the local real estate market as she reviewed the home and shared some of her knowledge about what would be important to potential buyers. Cynthia asked relevant questions as to our desired outcome and listened carefully to our needs and or concerns. Once the home listed, Cynthia communicated with us extensively and made sure we were kept informed about any comments viewers had made and accurate messaging as how we could respond.
