Arthur came recommended through a friend, who had so many nice things to say about him I was actually a bit skeptical. I shouldn't have been. He was even better than advertised. First of all, he is extremely patient. My wife and I were new to the whole process and he took the time to walk us through everything, answering all our questions in detail (and we had a lot). He was in no rush to get us into a place either, knowing these things can take time. Second, he is quite simply one of the most pleasant human beings ever. Very friendly and accommodating, never pushy, someone who you feel isn't happy unless you're happy. Third, and to that point, he really went the extra mile for us in so many ways, taking extra time with inspections, providing solid recommendations for third-party vendors, and when the time came, negotiated a great deal for us on our property. He really seemed to know what he was doing in all aspects of the process, and perhaps most importantly, was very good at communication - he kept in touch with us constantly to let us know the latest. Now I've basically become my friend in singing his praises, ha - would highly recommend him to anyone.
Highly recommended. What first sold me on having Arthur as my agent to buy my first house was his no-pressure approach to his services. He immediately understood my needs (large lot with ADU potential, relatively quiet, turn key condition or needing a few relatively inexpensive upgrades).
