We asked Sheri if she would help us sell our home in Lowell after hearing great reviews from another family member. After meeting with her, we felt very comfortable and ready to get going! Sheri immediately sent us information on comparable homes in our area and helped us set our price point. She listed our home online and scheduled an Open House within a week of our meeting. Our home sold in 3 days with a full-price offer! Sheri gave us recommendations when we booked our inspections and appraisal, as well as which Title Co. we should contact, guiding us each step of the way. Any questions we may have had were answered immediately via text or phone call. Additionally, Sheri helped us with the home we were buying as it was a "For Sale By Owner". She made sure we were not getting cheated and that everything was legal. Sheri attended our closings alongside us helping us understand everything. If YOU are thinking of selling your home, we would definitely recommend Sheri!
