Heather was such an expert in the market. I had an idea of where I might want to live in the area. When I was looking the market was hot and it was difficult to find houses that met my criteria. Heather helped me think outside of where I thought I would like to live and found a house in a section of the area I would have never thought of. She discovered a house that not only met my criteria. I fell in love with it the moment I saw the listing. She was crucial in helping me negotiate my final offer and was beneficial in helping me navigate all the things that happen after an offer us accepted.
